  People expect buildings to stand the test of time, and thanks to quality design and construction and proper maintenance, most facilities enjoy a long life. What the public doesn't see is the quality control testing it takes to make that building project a success. A wide variety of materials are used in construction, many of which are custom fabricated to meet specific project needs. Construction materials testing improves the quality of construction materials and reduces the risk of material failure. Through field observations and testing, we assess compliance with plans and specifications and workmanship during construction.
